That was in the good old days. Technology and Engineering are highly vulnerable and insecure fields for making a decent living in the US. Our country will lose its technical edge in the world. I would never encourage anyone to become a scientist or engineer. Want to make a decent living in America? Study medicine or law.

None of the Valley companies should be let off the hook if US citizens are available to do the work.
