To put a fine point on the anticipatory fireworks for mid-January, let us remind ourselves of what can be anticipated when everyone gets back to DC from the holiday break.
Following a week of growing pressure and sunlight, last week Asst. FBI Director Andrew Andy McCabe used The Washington Post -the PR transmission media of the Deep State Intelligence Community- to announce his career saving terms. Essentially McCabe presented the deal that he would leave office in March, in exchange for no returning fire.
President Trump, immediately spotting the intent of the public resignation announcement, responded by saying on Twitter: NO DEAL.
On January 15th, 2018, the Department of Justice Office of Inspector General Michael Horowitz will deliver approximately 1.2 million pages of documentation and evidence gathered in the year-long investigation into the politicization of the DOJ and FBI, by senior leadership and upper-level career leadership lawyers and bureaucrats.
IG Horowitz, having utilized the OIGs vast 500+ investigative agents, is giving that preliminary evidence -in advance of pending full report- to the congressional committee in charge of DOJ/FBI oversight: House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte. OUTLINED HERE

Put another way, Andrew McCabe, is going to be in FULL SUNLIGHT on or around January 15th, 2018, for any misconduct.
That explains the transparent reason for McCabe offering terms. However, the content of that year-long investigation is also the transparent reason for President Trump refusing McCabes terms.
In addition to McCabe, and depending on how well they have covered their political tracks, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, and all of the top officials -lawyers mostly- within the FBI and DOJ will be part of that investigative release.
Depending on IG release content, there will also be downstream officials who will have likely taken action, or positioned themselves with prior public releases of intelligence information (ie. narratives), containing historic support toward the actions taken by those top-tier FBI and DOJ officials.
Those downstream Deep State positions include CIA John Brennan, DNI James Clapper, and all of the officials contained in known communication therein:
Hoping....grabbing popcorn...and hoping!!!
Huge freaking YAY!
What a traitorous POS snake- if there’s anything they can do to deprive him of full retirement bennies, I hope they do it.
Some of the corruption and prejudice in Mueller ‘s team of democrat lawyers has been revealed, but almost NOTHING inside Clapper’s Brennan ‘s national insecurity teams of spies and Intel resources.
Trump: “All I want for Christmas is You”
I do believe I just might start eating popcorn again!
Just make sure the DOJ and Mueller do’t give him immunity without a juicy proffer.
So exactly what does the President’s ‘rejection of terms’ boil down to? Is the writer saying that McCabe is going to be asked to leave BEFORE early March 2018?
Otherwise, all I see in the article is a lot of description of affectations and presumptions. I don’t see any conclusions at all. One finishes the article, no more informed than you were before reading it. Perhaps I overlooked the innuendo.
What “terms” has McCabe offered and how do we know the president has rejected them?
Anyone care to hazard a guess?
We'll see, but I'm just not getting my hopes up for anything coming out of this current DOJ right now, especially not a report from an Obama appointee, OIG or not.
As the DOJ oversight committees in Congress have requested, there needs to be a new and separate independent special counsel to investigate the DOJ. One that is truly independent, and warranted, unlike the Mueller BS that DOJ came up with to misdirect and cover things up.
It’s really very simple.
Does anyone really think the Clinton Machine gave McCabe’s wife, a woman with absolutely no political or public service experience, $700,000 because they thought they really needed her in Virginia State Senate, when all her other contributions totaled about $250,000?
That doesn’t pass the smell test.... even from 50 yards upwind.
I would think Clapper and Brennan would encrypt all of their communication. Possible that Mueller and others in the FBI were clumsy to send fetailed e-mails without encryption or.
Right now it’s all chatter, but if you look at 8chan & 4Chan & other assorted “deep sources” all heck is supposed to break loose next month. We shall see.
The email isnt encrypted on their computer.
No encryption is used on emails that cant be known by the network admins.
seems like McCabe offered to drift off into the sunset if DJT would get off his tail?... step aside and let the OIG and DOJ oversight go after the minions?
OIG is giving Bob Goodlatte 1.2 million pages of evidence on Jan 15th.
OIG will release final report of year-long investigation in March/April.
Between Jan 15th and March FBI Deputy McCabe will be scorched.
Trump knows. Trump said NO.
McCabe will never make it to retirement with these documents coming out and Trump knows it.
