New Report: Was FBI Chief Legal Counsel James Baker Captured By New DOJ Leak Task Force?…
Conservative Treehouse ^ | 12-23-17 | Sundance

Things are getting increasingly interesting and simultaneously obvious. Thursday night the Washington Post reported that FBI Director Christopher Wray had relieved FBI Chief Legal Counsel, James Baker, of his responsibilities within the department.

Attorney James Baker accompanied FBI Asst. Director “Andy” McCabe to the Tuesday congressional hearing with the House Intelligence Community. Curiously, in addition to other lines of inquiry, during the questioning McCabe was asked about whether James Baker was authorized to speak to the media about the Steele Dossier and the underlying ‘counterintelligence’ operation. Asst. Director McCabe responded that Baker would not be authorized to take such action.

Following the HPSCI hearing, republican committee leadership announced their plan to subpoena James Baker for further questioning. [Keep in mind Baker was there.] Two days later, at the Thursday Judiciary and Oversight Committee hearings, James Baker did not accompany Andrew McCabe. Hours later, James Baker is removed from his responsibilities as legal counsel within the FBI. Cause: ‘unknown‘.

Back in July, 2017, it was reported that James Baker was under a criminal investigation for leaking classified information from within the FBI, although the details of the leak content were unknown. Politico today reports that James Baker has been identified as the likely source that released information about the Fusion-GPS/Christopher Steele “Russian Conspiracy Dossier” to David Corn of Mother Jones in October of 2016:

Yep. I’ve only seen evidence POTUS will fight nukes with nukes. The rest of the GOP is totally cowed by the Dem/MSM complex. Until I see perp walks I will assume we are getting the SOS from the beltway GOP. All hat, no cattle.

1. “DOJ will investigate ties between Clinton Foundation and sale of Uranium One, Sessions says”

2. ““Sessions orders DOJ review after report Obama administration gave Hezbollah a pass”

Anyone who is too stupid to inform themselves about what Sessions has done in just the past few days would be instantly banned if it were up to me. It takes months, years even to build the airtight kind of case that will put these criminals and enemies of the state behind bars where they belong, and Jeff Sessions has the reputation as a prosecutor of operating so stealthily his targets never suspected anything until they were busted. That’s what a great AG should be doing, not posting daily updates on Facebook for FReepers who have no patience and expect instant results.

He walked into one hell of a mess at DOJ, now a day doesn’t pass without significant news and progress. The storm is happening.

Well said. The genius of Trump was leading the Swamp to believe that the self-recused Sessions was weak and aloof, and drawing attention to Team Mueller’s flashy pursuit of evidence of crimes that Trump never committed. All the while, Sessions had his IG and who-knows-who-else quietly investigating the conspirators while they were still in the petri dishes of their government offices. It is a great advantage to be underestimated.

I hope all the conspirators all end up in jail and that their lives are ruined for failing their oath of office and attempt to illegally conspire to take down a properly elected President.

P.S. I hope Mueller soon resigns in disgrace never to be heard of again for his role.

Illegal immigration/human trafficking, cocaine smuggling, and Hezbollah are directly linked. To combat any one of them requires going after both. And Hezbollah links directly to the Democrats’ Pakistani IT scandal in congress.

Do you realize that your arguments directly contradict your conclusion? The fact that Sessions announces he WILL investigate Uranium One shows that he has done nothing so far and that he doesn’t operate stealthily on it. The fact that he orders a “review” on Hezbolah-Obama link just now shows he planned nothing and only acts when events push him to do so. And there is no definitive proof James Baker was “captured” by the DOJ, it’s just an innuendo. Baker may just as well be outed by the Congress, by the FBI or by the dog next door.

I can't figure out Baker. It seems he played both sides of the fence.

Baker was demoted for leaking the Strzok text messages

1. “DOJ will investigate ties between Clinton Foundation and sale of Uranium One, Sessions says”

As a Senator, Sessions was informed of the bribery scandal surrounding Uranium One ***BEFORE THE SALE***. I can't put my finger on what he knew, but Sessions has no stomach for investigating Uranium One.

The case against Hillary vis-a-vis email was a slam dunk. Bill Clinton meeting Loretta Lynch privately on a tarmac mere days before exoneration was a slam dunk. Comey burying the charges is a slam dunk. The conspiracy against Trump, they duly elected President of the United States is a slam dunk.

So you’re telling me they’re drawing the line with the Awan brothers after slow walking the investigations against the Democrat House IT aids while evidence is being made to disappear and cover stories fabricated?

How stupid we are to let this happen. How sold out are the politicians to let this go on?

I agree with you but still can’t shake some skepticism.

Now a question: Did Baker allegedly leak the dossier to expose FBI corruption, or did he allegedly leak the dossier as part of an FBI “7th floor” operation to interfere with our free and fair election?
