"Maybe she even has a compelling story as to why she wants to be here."

Compelling story? B.S.! She's been here for fourteen years and has four "American citizen children," all courtesy of birthright citizenship, and also has had anywhere from one to four strange men that sired each kid. Her compelling story is that she spread her legs and got pregnant four times. Something even an idiot can do.

Betcha dollars to donuts she has been living on welfare and food assistance for fourteen years too.

Not the kind of immigrant we want.

"What about her husband?"

No husband. Just four anchor babies and four sources of food, welfare, and housing assistance.

"as citizens, per misinterpretation of the 14th amendment."

Wait til Anthony Kennedy moves on, and perhaps ole Ruthie Ginsburg, then pass a law ending birthright citizenship.

Have you iphones ready to take video of all the progressives' head exploding. That alone will be worth viewing.

Let them appeal it to the new SCOTUS. The SCOTUS rules 6-3 in favor of the law. Hell, Breyer, Kagan and Sotomayor vote so predictably we can have them vote by proxy. And we then finally -- finally -- have an end to birthright citizenship.

The way to handle this is to first get two more Trump appointments to SCOTUS. Perhaps Kennedy retires and Ruthie G kicks the bucket. Now we have a reliable 6-3 majority.

Then Congress passes a law ending birthright citizenship. Just watching liberals’ heads explode will be worth it.

They will try to overturn it, of course, but in a couple years it makes its way to the SCOTUS where we get the correct interpretation of the 14th amendment.

As a lifelong Californian I’ve been following this for 30 years. The stories, in the 1980s, are legion. An ugly Mexican prostitute gets knocked up by a John, deliberately. She then crawls through a hole in the wall once she goes into labor, then walks less than a mile to the nearest hospital to give birth. Under US federal law she cannot be denied care. Taxpayers pick up the $10,000 tab for the delivery.

When she looks at her little “bundle of joy,” she doesn’t proclaim “mi hijo” (my son in Spanish), she proclaims, “mi Americano” because the little tyke is her ticket to a modest but easy American lifestyle now.

End birthright citizenship as soon as possible. We must have a reliable majority on the SCOTUS, however.
