He is heck of a good manager because he DOS NOT MICROMANAGE unlike Obama & Carter. That is why he is successful. Like any good manager, Trump’s focus is on the big picture.
Do you have any idea how many nominations go through the administration bureaucracy? There are judges from SCOTUS on down to regional federal judges and circuit judges. There are US attorneys in every state and region. Besides the cabinet secretaries, there are deputies, assistant to deputies in each cabinet.
If anyone thinks Trump should examine with amicroscope every nomination, they have zero idea of how a large organization works, and the US federal government is as large as it gets.
