Video at link is 5 minutes, 17 seconds in length. I don't watch TV but you do, you've probably already seen Nicki Halley addressing the UN today. This is a nice little excerpt for those of us who didn't catch a broadcast. I was moved by the directness, strength and honesty of the US's position expressed by Haley and felt like cheering at the end.
Missed the word “if”....as in “if you do watch TV”. Yeah...I goofed because “if” is so hard to spell!

Over the decades, I’ve always wondered why we pay these countries even as they act abusively toward us and toward their own people. “Diplomacy” was always the answer. Must preserve “good will” they said. The magical returns never materialized and I just love how they put all down in plain text here. Felt like clapping.
Bravo... Stating it the way she did gives the US a lot of leeway in the future. We have the carrot AND the stick, WE will decide how it gets used.

Agreed. I thought the guy introducing her secretly hated to treat her with courtesy and then after hearing what she said, must have been gritting his teeth. I recall Kim Jong Il threatening to bomb the US if funds to his country stopped flowing. Nice - eh?
Will the Hawaii Judge try to block Trump from stopping aid , LOL Oh without aid how will the Demo Party get donations ,LOL
I guess we can assume sanctuary cities and Hollywood actors will ensure that financial aid continues to flow to the UN....

Kind of like when we went to hear Charles Krauthammer speak at a local college, Claremont California... president of the college, introduced him. She kept mispronouncing his name ON PURPOSE because she hated him and all conservatives!!!! She was SO Obvious as to be COMICAL! It was a great speech!
