THe “THUNDER” you hear is Gunther Prien and Grand Admiral Karl Dornitz raging over how far down the Kreigsmarine has been allowed to go.

The culprit for the lengthy delays? Since the end of the Cold War, the Deutsche Marine ceased maintaining a comprehensive supply of spare parts as a cost-cutting measure, instead procuring parts on demand or looting them from nonoperational boats.Maybe they would have enough money available for the spare parts if they evicted a few million Muslim free-loaders from Das Reich?

The west is falling for advanced over reliable in the military equipment arena. Add onto it the 30 plus statements (safety, security, maintainable, sustainable, quality, verification .... ) all part of the bloated material release process. We need to have both advanced cutting edge and simple but brutal in the inventory. JMHO. Quantity has a quality of its own.
Imagine a simple sturdy and thousands CAS planes in conjunction with the advanced tech mixed in. Talk about shock and awe.
I keep expecting drones to do that or fill that void.

Sounds like he wasn't a history major. There was a period in the 1920s when the Germans didn't have any operational boats.

Given their history, that’s probably for the best.

The first law of submarines: The number of surfaces has to equal the number of dives + 1.

Maybe Frau Merkel should cut the pay to her Muslim shock troops. Germany has mostly surrendered already.

Technically, it was his mother's Delmont.
And quite fitting too, to want to loan it to Angela, since mama Kennedy and her husband were big [Nazi] Germany supporters.
(So much so, that Roosevelt had to recall hubby as the US ambassador to the Court of St. James.)
To: Simon Green
That`s strange - I heard one could still visit Germany and see the submarine races.

Soon Germany will have a choice to make—ceast to exist as a Nation and become a 3rd would welfare state. German Language will be replaced by Russian when they invade and slay the muslims. OR They can put on there big boy pants and bring Nationalism and order to Germany. Muslims must Obey the laws, work, and become citizens—or go to the camps to be worked to death. The EU was an experiment that failed, like the USSR.
