Rubio is an example of the communists in the Republican party that should be escorted to the door. Here he is advocating transfer payments from people who work to parasites that suck off of HOSTS until the host dies unless the host throws the parasite off. He is just a communist.
The bill may fail and if so blame the communists who wanted to take your property at gun point and give it to parasites. Unless we immediately cut spending 40% we are doomed in 10 years anyway.

Republicans don’t maintain party unity like the Democrats do. If they did, Rubio would be called to a meeting with someone with a red file with Rubio’s name on it and he would be told how he is going to vote.
You can see the plan in effect. A senator will find something objectionable and won’t vote for the bill, and then another one and another one. The bill will be “amended” to meet these few senators objections, but then the bill will start to be so watered down that those who were supportive of it may decide not to vote for it in the end. Enough senators vote against the bill and it dies! McTurtle is able to defeat it without getting his hands dirty and the Swamp prevails.
