Police have released the name of the alleged drunk driver accused of killing a woman and injuring two other people in a wrong-way crash on Sunday. Alejandro Almazan, 25, faces one charge of intoxication manslaughter and two charges of intoxication assault. He was booked into the Bexar County Jail on a $200,000 bond. He is also being held on an ICE detainer.Police said Almazan, driving a green 2003 Chevy Suburban, crashed head-on into a Mitsubishi Outlander, killing the driver, 29-year-old Lizette Flores Corona, and injuring two passengers, 27-year-old Michelle Ruiz and 27-year-old Pablo Ledesma-Rodriguez.

What’s his defense going to be? That he didn’t know drinking alcohol makes you drunk?
My brother, who was on business in California back in October of 2001, was killed by a 19 year old hispanic kid who was high on drugs and alcohol. The kid ran a red light and broadsided my brother's rental car.
Thru freedom of info act, I've gotten the coroners report, the accident report and the judges verdict where the kid got 4 years jail time.
I've spent countless hours trying to track the kid on the internet but to no avail. I don't know if he was illegal or not but I'd like to locate him and find out if he was able to straighten out his life......../
My sympathies go out to you.
There are times in life when we don’t get closure. I sure sympathize with people who have experienced this.
