What would you think would provide more “bang” than facilitating the movement of goods and people into and out of the United States’ most populous and prosperous urban area, one that is choking due to underinvestment and malinvestment in infrastructure?
As the article points out, the geography is difficult in New York City and its environs. So my thought is that the same federal money spent somewhere like Dallas where the geography is easier could result in many more and bigger highways and bridges.
