Has Iran given cruise missiles to Hizballah as well as Yemen’s Houthis?

Has Iran given cruise missiles to Hizballah as well as Yemen’s Houthis?

The maiden operational launch of Iran’s Soumar Kh-55 cruise missile was apparently
entrusted to Yemen’s Houthis against a UAE target. ... Yemen’s Houthi rebels last week
showed on their TV channel video footage of Iran’s most highly advanced Soumar Kh-55
cruise missile, which can carry a nuclear warhead. They claimed to have fired it at the
unfinished Abu Dhabi power plant on Dec.3.
The United Arab Emirates refuted this claim, saying that any missile reaching their air space
would have been intercepted by advanced Emirati air defenses.
But would it? ... With a maximum range of up to 3,000km, this reportedly re-engineered
Russian KH-55 cruise missile ... flew 600km on its test voyage in 2015 and can be launched
from ships, aircraft and submarines.

Six examples of the Russian original were smuggled to Iran through Ukraine in 2001.
It was never established whether they came with or without their nuclear warheads,
... In April 2015, by which time this embarrassing affair had been brushed out of sight,
six world powers signed a nuclear deal with Iran. No one bothered to mention the half
dozen nuclear-capable cruise missiles already reposing quietly in Iran’s arsenal.
But shortly after that deal was in the bag, the Iranian defense minister at the time
announced he had just inaugurated what he called “the Soumar production line.”

... On Dec. 3, the Soumar conducted its first real operation. It was the Houthi strike against
the UAE nuclear plant under construction at al Barakah in Abu Dhabi. It took place in the full
sight of US and Middle East intelligence surveillance. DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence
sources report that the Iranian variety of the Soumar has a range of 2,500km and speed of
860km/h. It flies at very low altitudes to escape detection. Very little is known about its
guidance system.

It’s too bad that they can’t be charged with high treason.

‘’’russia and iran have been preparing for war in the usa, they have slipped in weapons people over many years.. it will not be pretty..pray i am wrong’’’

Yes, Russia also hacked the elections to put their mole in President /s

The deal in question happened in 2001 in Ukraine under pro-Western government. It was a reason of a huge crisis between Ukraine and Russia and was extensively covered at the time.
Namely, Progress Ltd of Kiev which is a subsidiary company to Ukrspetsservis - a government body of Ukraine responsible for weapons export has sold 6 kh-55sm (extended range) to China in 2000 and 6 base model kh-55 and service equipment to Iran in 2001.
The deals were lobbied and given a green light by then prime minister Victor Yuschenko - a future ‘hero of Orange revolution’ anti-Russian president of Ukraine ‘poisoned by Putin’ and so on.
A little dirty secret of the deal was that the original missiles were nuclear Soviet leftovers which we’re destroyed on paper so the perps faked export forms listing missiles as ‘Item-15’.
The Russians learnt about it after delivery from their intelligence sources in Beijing and Tehran and it led to a scandal.
After a year of intensive cover-up Ukraine admitted the deals indeed took place, a CEO of aviation subsidiary of Ukrspetsservis was appointed a scapegoat and sentenced to 6 years in prison.

A director of the agency and an Australian intermediary conviniently died in separate car crashes at the same time. The first was ordered by Yuschenko to make a deal and the latter originally lobbyed Yuschenko for it.

As a result Yuschenko himself wasn’t prosecuted and he was somehow selected by State Department for a glorious leader of Orange revolution.

In 2005 Ukrainian AG admitted that the chief of SBU (Uke FBI) covered for Yuschenko. Yuschenko himself then confronted by reporters admitted to the fact but said ‘it was previous administration ‘ (but he somehow missed the fact he was a part of it who signed the papers)

For some unknown reason of all the above is not mentioned in the article. That is ‘Russian’ missile and ‘Russia is plotting with Iran’....

It wasn’t actually delivered. Both China and Iran made their own versions of said missiles based on examples bought in Ukraine.
