Nominally the President is supposed to be the head of their Party but McConnell actually came out after the Inauguration and told the Press that Trump was NOT the head of the Republican Party.

Things have moved forward since then but I still wonder if McConnell has some lame plan to try to take control of the Republicans. That triple-chinned turtle is a worthless leader and a dolt but has been in Congress for so long he has deluded himself into thinking he is a king.

Yep. In my opinion, based on how she has treated others and conducted her life, she deserves to live out her life without ever achieving her obsessive goal of being President. She's had so many opportunities to do good things in the world, but has chosen to do good things for herself. Justice would be for her to have to live out her life in the same kind of anonymity that the people she looks down her nose at generally live their lives in. To her, it's about her. That's a very small, very shallow, and very flawed world view. She should never be in charge of anything, including a lemonade stand.

If I remember correctly, the Super Delegate were instituted in 1973 in order to prevent the grassroots from ever nominating a McGovern like looser ever again. The DNC don’t even trust the people in their own party.
