Soros was found guilty in France on charges of insider trading in Dec 21, 2002. He has lost every appeal.
It is NOW 2017. Come in the middle of the night and remove him. Extradite him to the jurisdiction of the foreign state in which the crime was committed.
Capone was found guilty of tax evasion in 1931 and received an 11-year sentence. Settle Soros U.S. tax debts, freeze his assets and extradite him.
