The EU is to sue Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic over their refusal to take in third world migrants, the European Commission announced on Thursday. They will be referred to the European Court of Justice for “non-compliance with their legal obligations on relocation”, the commission said in a statement, referring to the three countries’ staunch refusal to take part in an EU scheme forcing migrants on unwilling nations.
Passed at the height of the migrant crisis in 2015, the controversial rule dictates that asylum seekers who illegally breach Europe’s borders be “fairly” redistributed across the bloc through a quota system.
In its statement, the unelected Commission said that the Visegrad nations of Central Europe “remain in breach of their legal obligations” and “have given no indication that they will contribute to the implementation of the relocation decision”.

Sounds like the EU needs to be sued for not protecting the borders.

There was some fool on either Tucker or Hannity last night, talking about having a “global democracy”, wherein each person in the world would get to vote on things, and laws would be made on a world-wide basis.
This EU crap with forcing illegal immigrants on unwilling countries sounds like the first step toward a “global democracy”. May God protect us from such a future.
Seems like some Islam-loving country can “accidentally” allow millions of them to leak in, and they call up the EU laws to be sure they have a place to be settled and coddled. I am sure the Muslims are laughing all the way to the bank on this one.

Trump needs to make a special trade deal with the Eastern Europe countries, including guaranteeing the supply of American oil should the Russians get even more nasty, so that these countries have the confidence to tell Brussels to pound sand. Britain could have had the same opportunity but May is so obsessed with her pro-islam viewpoint that she will end up killing Brezit and handing control of the UK economy to Vladimir Corbyn.
Exit an avoid their jurisdiction.
These countries should drop out of the EU immediately.

Poland can’t win for anything... they get free from the Soviets only to get sucked back into communist pressure from the EU. I hope we stand by them and arm them to the teeth.
