in March 2016 my wife and I retired to Spain. We are very happy and feel perfectly safe. Barcelona has a Muslim problem but all those immigrants you read about invading Europe avoid this country because it has high unemployment, no social services and no prospects for the future. We get refugees from North Africa but most of them head straight for the border to France. We travel without any worries and even went to Barcelona a couple of weeks after the attack. I remember that thread. Yes, Spain was great. I could see camping all over. I would like to see Corunna (sp?) and Extremadora (sp?).
