It's Time for Congress to Pass the 'John McCain Rule'

A year after the election and the Democrats, the media, establishment Republicans are still apoplectic over the inauguration of President Donald Trump.

It’s obvious they hate him. When did the media stop looking at Donald Trump as an entertainment figure and begin to loathe him? True, bat-guano, off-the-charts loathing. The answer, of course, is when Donald Trump challenged President Obama to produce a birth certificate.

Even today, few things get a liberal Democrat or the media more riled up than questioning President Obama’s qualifications to be president. It’s almost (but not quite) the same level of hate and disgust as they reserve for climate deniers whom they want to strip their citizenship, stuff in a boxcar, and shuffle them to a gulag. Conservatives and Republicans have learned to just “not go there.” No good could ever come from even a rational discussion.

Isn’t the liberal hysteria a case of: They doth protest too much, methinks. What is the source of their hatred that they would do something like hiring a third party to generate a phony document in order to get back at and unseat the president?

Outside the myth-making and propaganda-making apparatus that is the media, President Obama’s story has rarely been told—without spin. Why is there even a question—isn’t it “settled science” since a birth certificate was produced? Wasn’t it all about the birth certificate? No.

Born in America (Hawaii) of a foreign father (a British subject before Kenya gained their independence) and an American mother, any lawyer in the (now defunct) Immigration & Naturalization Service would have said of the infant, “Per the U.S. Constitution, Little Barack is an American citizen.” Also, per the father’s country’s constitution, Little Barack is also a British subject or Kenyan citizen—pick one. That is how constitutions and laws work.

The FBI probably has some agents of good repute that could go there and perform an unbiased, reliable, trustworthy, reputable, honest, credible, plausible, satisfactory, sincere, and valid audit of any pertinent documents.

I actually believe Obama is a citizen because he was born of an American mother. What I would be more interested in seeing is his college application to see if he tried to claim he was foreign-born in order to get an edge over other applicants. I don’t see how someone with such an undistinguished academic record could get into an Ivy League school unless he met some kind of affirmative action quota, and just being black wouldn’t cut it.

Or the son of a CIA agent who was programmed and controlled since a child to become a President of the USA.

His birth records were proven a fraud by Sheriff Arpaio’s posse so it is a fraud.....the question is WHY would obama produce a fraudulent document as “real”? We already know he was just a puppet of the Deep State to “progress” us into the NWO where our children will just be disposable slaves for the elites. Well consider this: B. Husseins brother and grandmother said he was born in Kenya and B. Hussein HIMSELF said he was born in Kenya.

How do I know this? Because his literary agent wrote down that he was born in Kenya. Why else would she write that? He has an American accent, for what possible reason would this agent or anybody assume he was born in Kenya?

There is only 3 possible reasons:

1. B. Hussein told the agent or someone else his father was born in Kenya and this agent or someone else misheard him thinking he said HE was born in Kenya.

2. The agent heard from someone else or read somewhere else that B. Hussein was born in Kenya.

3. B. Hussein told the agent directly he was born in Kenya.

This is the statement made by Husseins literary agent Miriam Goderich:

"“You’re undoubtedly aware of the brouhaha stirred up by Breitbart about the erroneous statement in a client list Acton & Dystel published in 1991 (for circulation within the publishing industry only) that Barack Obama was born in Kenya. This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me — an agency assistant at the time,” Goderich wrote. “There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more.”

A fact checking error? Well that would lead to #2, she got the info from somewhere else, but where and why would THAT person from somewhere else say B. Hussein was born in Kenya? Either they misheard him or HE said he was born in Kenya. What is the more believable answer? "My father was born in Kenya" How do you mistake that for "I was born in Kenya"? It doesn't fly. The more reasonable explanation is B. Hussein himself said he was born in Kenya.

I think that’s exactly what he did and why his literary agent said he was born in Kenya. He pulled an Elizabeth Warren with the only difference being he was honest about his heritage. Read my post #6. Either he said he was born in Kenya because he really was born in Kenya or he said he was born in Kenya to get an edge as you said.

I am tempted to believe he was Malcolm X son by JoAnne Newman, which came out of an extra marital affair with her. Barry Shabaxx (Malcolms Son) died in Hawaii, and was only Pics of two side by side are compelling! That would make him American born too.

If Barak Obama II was the son of Barak Obama Sr, then he is ineligible to be President because he is not a natural born citizen because one parent was a foreign national

It does not matter where he was born

If he had an American father, say Frank Marshall Davis, he would be a natural born American legally eligible for the Presidency

As it is, we will never know much about Obama’s past because he has worked so hard to hide it

His grand mother coincidentally died immediately after the election during the transition period and Obama immediately flew back to Hawaii to have her cremated

Saudi Arabia has long been involved in influencing the US government.

The old article described a $20 million dollar fund from OPEC and Saudi Prince Alwaleed to place promising 'blacks, Arabs, Hispanics, Asians and native Americans' into elite colleges. The conduit was a lawyer named Khalid al-Mansour. The article's author was Vernon Jarrett.

The Saudis spent huge amounts of money recruiting "agents of influence" on American college campuses, and promoting their careers. One notable beneficiary of Saudi money: Barack Obama.

It was legal for him to come as a foreign student even if you believe he was born in the US or is an American because of an American mother. He was not unless he did the paperwork at 18 to become one because his mother married an Indonesian who adopted him. They made him an Indonesian citizen(which does not allow duel citizenship) so that he could go to school.

Barry Soetoro/Barack Hussein Obama should be proof enough of the wisdom of the founders when they tried to prevent him from being President by requiring someone who could only be a US citizen and nothing else.
Born here of citizen parents.
Naturally a US citizen because there is no other possibility.
One cannot be anything else and also be a natural born citizen.
The natural born citizen requirement was specifically to exclude the children of foreign nationals.

It does not matter if he was born in Hawaii if his father was a foreign national.
Children of foreign nationals inherit the nationality of their foreign national parent(s).
Natural born citizen means born here of citizen parents.
No other possible citizenship(s).
Only when one cannot be anything else can one be a natural born citizen.

No foreign birth.
No foreign parent(s)
No foreign citizenship(s)
No foreign influence on the Presidency is what John Jay stated in a letter to George Washington as the reason for insisting on a natural born citizen.

This article is yet another example of why the “Birther” argument was impossible to make.

It’s too complicated. People were never educated about the presidential qualification of being a “natural born citizen” but everyone has their misconceptions about “citizenship”.

As I started to read this article from, in my mind, a premiere source, this glaring error stopped me in my tracks.

” A dual national is not a “natural born citizen” under Article II of the U.S. Constitution.”

FALSE! It says no such thing. Now, since Obama senior was not a U.S. citizen at the time of junior’s birth (in fact, he NEVER was), so Barry CAN NOT be a “natural born citizen”. Dual citizenship has NOTHING to do with it.

Common sense question. Why would the United States allow a foreign country to determine the status of your AMERICAN citizenship? THEY DON’T!

While having “dual citizenship” might be a political liability, it is NOT a constitutional disqualifier.

Ted Cruz renounced his Canadian citizenship as a fig leaf since he couldn’t be UNBORN in Canada.

That is why your “natural born” status is determined at the time of your birth. A specific time that can not be altered. Your status and your parents’ (plural) status at THAT specific moment in time.

What citizenship status a FOREIGN government bestows on you at that time ...... is IRRELEVANT!
