If they can compete, can they get as doped up as they want on ‘roids?

If not, why not?

Not like they will win a medal or nothing.

Yeah it’s not really a ban at all. Just no national symbols. But everything going on as normal.

at one time the olympics purported to be the place where the worlds athletes compete. If I am a skater and my country dopes skiers and we are all banned individually that goes against the worlds best athlete goal. So the country can be banned but individual athletes still allowed to compete; athletes who have done nothing wrong.
