Cohen: Smoking gun of FBI’s bias
Boston Herald ^ | December 05, 2017 | Adriana Cohen

The FBI must release the texts.

All of them, between Peter Strzok, the top FBI investigator that special counsel Robert Mueller removed from the Russian investigation in August, and his colleague Lisa Page, so voters can examine for themselves whether the probe is what many, including our president, believe it is ... a partisan witch hunt.

Without seeing the politically biased texts — the FBI has been stonewalling Congress for months on that and other document requests — one can safely assume the missives must have been highly problematic to prompt a dismissal. So what political biases did agent Strzok and Ms. Page reveal? And why didn’t Mueller inform Congress, tasked with judicial oversight, that the anti-Trump, pro-Hillary Clinton messages existed?

There’s an easy way to find out.

The FBI must release everything going back to the Clinton email investigation. Strzok was instrumental in her jaw-dropping exoneration, including watering down Comey’s language describing Clinton’s actions from “grossly negligent,” which is a crime, to “extremely careless,” which isn’t. The public has a right to know if that probe was also tainted. After all, any other American who was reckless with classified emails, lied about it, housed rogue servers, destroyed evidence, and “lost” a laptop would be behind bars.

Then, there’s the question of Stzrok’s role in the discredited dossier from a scurrilous foreign spy, Christopher Steele, for tabloid trash that was later used to launch a major DOJ investigation into the Trump campaign.

Oh, they have. To the incinerator in ‘burn bags’. That’s what those 17 RAT lawyers were commissioned to do, find incriminatory evidence and vaporize it.

Two unanswered questions...

Did Strzok read Flynn his rights before he questioned him?

Who in the Obama administration signed the FISA applications that unmasked Trump staff?

The FBI should release any documents regarding the questioning of Hillary by Comey.

Oops...how foolish of me...not even a note remains.

I believe it's absolutely impossible that the questioning is unknown. Comey must have had a list of what to ask...so I think he's a damn liar.

Hear tell, McCabe told Flynn some agents were coming to the WH on some other business so buzz them in, turns out they landed in Flynn’s office and started collecting answers without notifying him his answers could incriminate him.

So no, no lawyer present. I’m of the opinion it was taped - CINC’s lawyers would likely insist everything be taped, what with the ongoing coup attempt - and Flynn used that to get his son safe and a negligible charge for himself.

Strzok should be removed from the FBI. Not placed in HR where he can hire more Clinton cronies. Bet he was stacking the FBIdeck all a long.

In a 2000 lawsuit filed by multiple plaintiffs against the F.B.I. in regard to polygraph tests, Strzok was named as being part of the interview process. It stated that one of the plaintiffs, Eric Croddy, worked as a researcher in the private sector and was applying for a job at the agency. He was subsequently interviewed by a special agent, Kathy Muller and various others. He also took a written examination and a polygraph, which he accused Muller of calling a “line in the sand,” saying he was being deceptive.

One of the other officials Croddy interviewed with was Strzok, the lawsuit said. It noted that Strzok, at the time, was part of an F.B.I. unit that specifically dealt with “chemical and biological terrorism incidents.”

Just incredible. Hillary had a billion and a half dollars, the news media, the online platforms, the entire education system, the union thugs, govt employees illegally working for her, and the intelligence agencies --- and Trump still won.

Going out on a limb here: Was Strzok being blackmailed?

When did he and the other FBI high ranking lawyer start their affair? If it was before the Comey memo and Disinformation Dossier, he might have been given his marching orders from the Hillary camp (or Soros, Iran, other communists, or Muslim Brotherhood operatives).

Think about it—he was #2 Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) in counterintelligence. That’s in the stratosphere in the IC. When his superiors found out, he should have been reassigned immediately and has his clearance pulled. A guy with that power and inside information would be one of the top targets for blackmail by our enemies. So when did they know? And was the info used to blackmail him into doing their bidding?

The spy agencies are all jealous of each other. If the FBI destroys text/email evidence, the NDA just might do a document dump of the destroyed evidence. Then the FBI is facing not only withholding evidence but destruction of evidence.

The various Inspector Generals were directed, for 8 years, to stand down and sit on their hands.

Now, they have to process and inspect a decade of criminal and corrupt activities

In 1983, I stayed at the Capital Hilton in DC.

It was late and everyone was at the bar.

A DC cop came in...an Embassy had just been robbed and all the DC cops were told "OUT".

The cop went on talking...in my own words...

Good ole FBI... they just shred and shred...anything they want. No one knows the truth about anything"
