“Correction: During a live Special Report, ABC News reported that a confidant of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said Flynn was prepared to testify that then-candidate Donald Trump instructed him to contact Russian officials during the campaign. That source later clarified that during the campaign, Trump assigned Flynn and a small circle of other senior advisers to find ways to repair relations with Russia and other hot spots. It was shortly after the election, that President-elect Trump directed Flynn to contact Russian officials on topics that included working jointly against ISIS.
Let me correct the correction.
During a live Special Report, ABC News reported that a confidant of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said Flynn was prepared to testify that then-candidate Donald Trump instructed him to contact Russian officials during the campaign, that was a lie.
That source later “clarified” that he never said that during the campaign, Trump instructed Flynn to contact the Russians, Ross made that part up.
It was shortly after the election, SHORTLY after???? What you meant to say was that AFTER THE ELECTION, when Trump was President Elect, that it was perfectly legal and “prudent” to contact the Russians.
Brian Ross should never work again! Maybe as a short order cook or Walmart greeter.
Not good enough. ABC needs to lose it FCC licenses. They are simply untrustworthy to broadcast over the national airwaves.

Another point is the relentless emphasis on “investigative journalism” — or “my sole job of as a journalist is to take down a politician, a government department or business” ala Woodward and Bernstein.
Or really? Why not explanatory journalism? — particularly when it comes to business reporting. Sure, there are things being done wrong in business. But journalists lack balance: they spend hardly any time explaining what’s right with an American business — large or small. Well, it’s no wonder the public views corporations with disdain.
In reality corporations are merely “cooperations” — networks composed of tens or thousands of people both inside and outside an organization who work together to Make America Great Again!
My wife gets Japanese TV and there are splendid TV shows that look inside innovative or interesting companies in that country. They do a documentary piece on what those companies are about. Marvelous television — and it moves the MAJA agenda — Make Japan Great Again.

Watch ABC's evening news with David Muir. He sits across the anchor desk reporting breathlessly on some Trump related story with the smug expression, you mention, most evening. He won't be getting much face time with Muir if he can't report on Trump. Brian Ross is a short timer at ABC.

Hey, I’ve got an idea for a new wax museum in DC. Somebody assembles the cast of Hillary accomplices in separate rooms of the museum.
And the idea is to reenact famous rooms in Hillary’s past. The Bimbo War room, the Travelgate office where all the files were stolen, and so forth. The wax figures will quite a bit.
