Some of these 'always at war' hellholes would get their acts together if the United States and UN DID NOT STEP UP to feed their families while they 'played war'... or offered free passes to citizenship in the United States incentivizing evil...
Countries 'at perpetual war' should pay the price themselves for their evil stupid choices... not us. And yeah, we're smart enough to know the difference between 'innocent countries' attacked and those that 'fight wars' because planting fields isn't as much fun.
I'm sick of rewarding evil...
