Evergreen State’s student newspaper includes no-whites-allowed opinion section

The student newspaper at Evergreen State College has a section in its opinion pages described as “for people of color by people of color.”

As I've said many times before, people have a right to self-segregate if they so choose. It's human nature to generally prefer people who are similar to you.

The problem isn't that there are "colored only" institutions. The problem is that when non-whites self-segregate, this is celebrated, encouraged and aided by the government and by the media. In contrast, if whites attempt to self-segregate for the same perfectly normal and understandable reasons, this perfectly normal aspect of human nature is pathologized and criminalized by the elites.

Conversely ... what is the "non-white perspective"? It seems to me that an intelligent non-white person has the same perspective as an intelligent white person. We care about the family whole. We care about governmental oppression. We care about equal opportunity. We care about merit-based compensation. We care about our personal safety. Etc, etc, etc. What none of us care about is "the thug life". Only the racists do, and they are keeping it real in the opinion pages at Evergreen State College.
