He is 5th in the line of succession which means that he realistically not going to become King. But he is still required by law to get The Queen’s permission to marry. Apparently she has given her royal assent. I have misgivings about the marriage given that she has been around the block so to speak, and more than once. Though I would hasten to add that Harry has a reputation of his own. Her ethnicity is neither here nor there and shame on those posting racist comments.

Indeed. Barring a serious tragedy (God forbid), Harry will never be King. After Queen Elizabeth, the Line of Succession according to current law is as follows:

- Prince Charles
- Prince William
- Prince George
- Princess Charlotte
- Prince Harry

Once he or she is born, royal baby #3 will fit into the Line between Charlotte and Harry, pushing him down just one more spot (before the 2011 change in the law, royal baby #3 would have been before Charlotte if a boy, and after her if a girl).
