"What Trump is delivering is a MESSAGE to the CYA/DEEP STATE world-class opium trade drug runners out of Langley. The funding of secret wars through the illicit drug trade IS OVER, the US military will not be guarding the poppy fields any longer."

Isn't a big player in the trafficking and the money handling of said drugs none other than Iran? What deals does the swamp have going on with them that I don't want to know about?

George Webb probably knows more about this than anyone else on earth ... other than the perps involved, of course.

Iran is not the country using the US military to safeguard the opium poppy fields for the benefit of DEEP STATE elements closely linked to the international heroin trade?

Remember all those manpad anti air shoulder fired missiles sold by Hillery in Bengazi?

Guess who has the money to buy them...

Now you know why B52’s (too high) and F22’s, (can’t lock on before you are dead).

Adults are in charge now.

true, Opium is a major commodity. Opium can grow anywhere but Afghanistan because of its volume of production sets the price (like how opec sets oil price) The Afghan opium operators are nepharious with loose political ties and tenacious assets to get personal and up close anywhere in the world. It would be like if someone started bombing oil refineries, big commodity operators would not be happy and would get serious quick

the "Opiod Crisis" in the USA is driven by Big Pharma and is done quasi legally. The Opium for medical use in USA is all originated from South America, as is illegal opium. Very little makes its way from Afghanistan.

But Afghanistan is the largest producer and affects the world commodity price. If the Afghan source is cut off the demand for South American produst will increase and prices will skyrocket worldwide, and US Big Pharma will be riding high

In its first major move since the Trump administration relaxed the rules of engagement last month, the U.S. military conducted airstrikes on opium processing facilities in Afghanistan last weekend using Afghan A-29s and U.S. B-52s and F-22s.

. . . .

Gen. John Nicholson, the commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, told reporters Monday that the F-22 was selected at the last-minute based on availability, as well as its capability to carry small diameter precision bombs that he said would help “avoid collateral damage.”

He also reportedly showed a video clip of a target being completely demolished by several of the F-22’s 250-pound small diameter bombs.

If anything ramps up the deep state trying to kick President Trump out of office is hitting their money train.

This is the only reason that We the People are still in that God forsaken country spilling our life blood protecting poppy fields for the benefit of importing it into the US for the benefit of these a$$wipes.

These are the kind of bombing runs I am all for. Send in the B52s and do some serious carpet bombing. Lay waste to the land until NOTHING grows, NOTHING.

Wouldn’t relatively low tech drones be as effective against unprotected (read, non-anti-aircraft) facilities without the high maintenance?

So drones are low tech now. Never thought I would hear that before the teens were still here. I posted earlier, send in some hi flying B52s and carpet bomb them. A couple of well placed squadrons flying in at 50k feet unleashing hell on the unsuspecting goat humping 7th century POS should do a nice job. Wait for some sat pics and DO IT AGAIN until all the bees starve for lack of flowers to suck on.

Seem that the pink panty hand wringers and bed wetters are still winning.

You got a good point about the agent orange but we need something that sterilizes the dirt so that nothing will grow for say, 2 generations so these goat humpers will starve.

And the reason why we are putting wear and tear on extremely expensive F-22s in a Third World environment where there are NO enemy radar, SAMs, or aircraft is?

“This represents the first significant use of new legal authorities granted by the Trump administration in August that enable the Pentagon to target Taliban revenue streams, said Army Gen. John W. Nicholson Jr., the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan.

Previously, the U.S. military conducted strikes only when facing imminent threat or working directly with the Afghans. “
