Flynn knows a great deal about the FBI, esp. since Mueller left, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been working with the team all along. Another piece falls into place.

Presumably acting as an unregistered foreign agent for Turkey and lying to the FBI. In exchange for his cooperation I assume he won’t be charged with conspiracy and attempted kidnapping - and may avoid russia related stuff.

Flynn could be disconnecting himself from Trump's lawyers to protect the Prez in some ploy or other that the lawyers have hatched up.
Don't forget if the General is sentenced to a long stretch at Club Fed...only the Donald can pardon him....not Mueller!
