That is the choice of the taxpayers.I doubt it would be if they weren't continually bamboozled by these owner/politician conspirators.
Yet at the same time, voters need to better inform themselves. But with our dumbed-down education system it's no wonder these criminals keep getting away with these massive rip-offs.
