I disagree, very much so. I think she should be dumped in a Pakistani prison and whipped, possibly stoned, and see how other cultures treat theft of a man's hat and disrespect towards him. After that, I doubt she would be the same.

Many courts are different, so your mileage may vary, but back in the ‘80s I used to try two or three misdemeanors, including assaults every day. In D.C. the defendant, if found guilty, would probably get a suspended sentence, in Virginia, just across the river they would get six months with all but 30 days suspended. The courts I practiced in do not operate as you described. So called “high powered Ivy League lawyers” would have been worse than useless. Their efforts would have doubled or tripled the sentence. Best were the “old boys”, locals who knew the judge and the prosecutor, and could cut a deal based on years of intertwined obligations. IMHO, Jihad Johnnie’s Hollywood lawyer cost him ten years, at least, and I knew that Court and that judge. Next, the prosecutor and the judge have a close working relationship and neither overmatchs the other. While the judge can frustrate the prosecutor by bending too much toward the defense, the prosecutor can decide to try every case, keeping the judge there until after dinner, instead of being off the bench before lunch.
Well, I bow to your expertise, was describing something I saw in Arizona. I think they go judge shopping for a dummy or a leftist as well as just hope to get the right judge. In that case I think the judge was a good guy and the prosecutor a good lady but just overwhelmed.
This butch bit$h will probably get a suspended sentence of 6 months in jail for assault and theft. All her words mean nothing and are protected as free speech unless she-it threatened him in some way.
She-it is a product of the liberal indoctrinated and infested school system. More so in some places than others. She will learn nothing from this and probably get a pat on the back from her/his homey’s.
At the rate of infestation I expect the West Coast to break away from the USA. My only regret is that we can’t physically float it 500 miles out to sea. Of course a great civil war will happen but only because allowing them to secede will leave our Western border weaker and open to attack. The only way to fix the problem will be to exile all those who fight for them to secede. Where? Easy answer. Mexico of course. Where they go, if anywhere, from there is their business. Let Mexico find out what it’s like to be invaded for a change.

I watched this when it first came out. The main theme of it to me was that this creep painted herself as the victim. I wish she’d find another country to inhabit.
