Three people were shot and killed Tuesday when a shooter opened fire near a Northern California elementary school, authorities said.
The shooting was reported near Rancho Tehama Elementary school as some parents were dropping off their children. The shooter was killed by police officers after he also wounded children at the school, however, it was unclear if the shooting happened on school ground.
It was also not immediately known if the shooter was counted among the people killed.

I used to own land in Tehama County, but sold it several years ago when I severed my last physical attachment to California (I had left many years before that, but had held on to the undeveloped wilderness land, waiting for its value to increase).
This cannot be true. Guns are illegal in school zones.

One of the comments says that the shooting was on an Indian reservation.
Did it what? Increase in value? Not appreciably. I sold it because I no longer wanted to fund California coffers by continuing to pay taxes on it.
In events such as this, the longer it takes to release the shooter’s name, the more likely the shooter is an Islamic terrorist.

Neighbors say he was firing off rounds this morning and then stole their pick up. Could be he killed people there before heading to the school. Domestic dispute?
A roomie of the truck owner is apparently tot by the perp. The perp is extinguished. Haven’t heard about teh third. Apparently the perp has been an ongoing problem in the ‘hood.
I’d suggest contacting the NSA to see if the perp voted for H->! .

The news we’re seeing today is about a serial murderer—not a mass murderer.
Some of us will remember that for a couple of decades preceding the lefties’ suicidal rampages against the Second Amendment, there were many gangster “drive-by shootings” with stolen weapons that included many children and teenagers as victims. Calls for gun control were rare after those gang-related incidents.
More recently, several upper-middle class lefties, one after another, have decided to attack the Second Amendment while murdering as many innocent people as they can. There were many semi-automatic rifles in the general population in previous decades without so many mass murders. Mass murderers and serial murderers preferred other weapons back then.
