Boston, MA - The new Emerson College poll in Alabama has Republican Roy Moore leading his Democratic challenger Doug Jones by 10 points, 55% to 45%, with about a month to go until the special election on December 12th. The ten-point margin represents a significant closing of the gap from a 22 point lead in Emerson’s September poll. The poll was conducted November 9th to 11th, in the immediate aftermath of a Washington Post story detailing allegations of sexual advances of Moore with an underage women within the past 40 years. The sample size is n=600, with a margin of error of +/- 3.9%.

The McConnell, Romney, McCain policy is to pre-emptively vacate the seat for a Democrat. I don't get it--well actually I do, because it gives the last couple of never-Trump Republicans even more power than they presently possess.
My understanding is that the chinless yurtle hinted that he may refuse to even seat him.

Is this a reliable poll? Coming from MA seems to be more of a liberal polling group yet Moore is up 10 points GREAT NEWS I hope its true. I hope the people of Alabama realize they are being played by the Commie media and won’t fall for their tricks

I don’t live down there; I don’t know the possibilities.
If the governor can’t find a good man, and Moore vacates later ‘cause he’s dirty, then we’re just as screwed as if the Dems get the seat now because Moore (innocent or guilty) is chased away before the election and the GOP has no viable last-minute candidate.
They just have to manufacture another scandal, then.
That’s Moore like it. I would guess he’s been inoculated now against any further surprises.
