It’s criminal for sure, but if there is a civil aspect to it as well, wouldn’t closing up shop protect them from a zillion dollar lawsuit?

Give Mueller his due. If anyone would have predicted that the guy who came out and spoke for Hillary after Trump kicked her butt would be under federal indictment a year later they’d have called him crazy.
Trump “interviewed” Mueller, but it was not for the AG job because Mueller had already served 2 years beyond the maximum allowed by law under a special extension that Obama obtained. That was a Come To Jesus interview, where Trump gave “Bobby 3 sticks” an opportunity to do the right thing. We are almost there.

No, I don’t. What’s happening with the Podestas is the “sanitizing of a crime scene!” But it must be a bitch for them not really knowing if they’ve done a complete job. No one from their staff has mysteriously died yet, but I still wonder if one of their former employees could be “flipped” by Mueller if indeed he’s going after them. Do the Podestas have the Clinton’s list of hired killers yet?
Why? Mueller and his supporters make me sick. Unfortunately I can't tell you how I really feel.

If the indictments were actually sealed, Podesta would have nothing to worry about, until of course he was actually indicted. More than likely the deep state is covering its tracks.

Gee, they could have closed immediately, but I guess lots of shredding pizza venues, financial records written in Arabic must be commencing...wouldn’t be surprised if somehow the building burned down.
Manafort has been indicted for failing to register as a foreign agent.
Tony Podesta failed to register as a foreign agent but no indictment for him...yet.

Not getting why this is considered good news. This is just cleaning up their connections to Clintons and others, complete with destroying emails and other records paving the way for testimony against Manifort.
