This is why they conveniently tossed the global warming for climate change, as the latter can be blamed on man no matter how the weather changes. In other words, man is the cause of the colder temperatures currently being experienced in Boston. If a sudden warm spell should be experienced next week, man caused that too. We all need to fork over more money to stop these crazy unexpected weather conditions, before the sky falls in on the world and wipes out the human race. 8>)

Not a single word about this casting doubt on globull warming. But if they had just experienced record-breaking warm temperatures...

Global warming = following the money.

Noting that the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds the specific power to tax and spend for global warming purposes, please consider the following.

The Founding States states had established the federal Senate partly to kill House appropriations bills that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, such bills stealing state revenues and citizens' wallets as a consequence, by means of unconstitutional federal taxes.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States."—Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

But then misguided state lawmakers ratified the ill-conceived 17th Amendment (17A), state lawmakers foolishly giving up their voices in Congress by doing so, the states no longer protected from unconstitutional federal taxes.

And unaccountable, unconstitutional federal taxing and spending for politically correct global warming purposes is just one way that career lawmakers are using taxpayer dollars to buy votes from low-information citizens imo, citizens who are probably clueless about the fed’s constitutionally limited power to appropriate taxes.

The clear remedy …

Consider that the ultimate tax reduction plan is for patriots to support Pres. Trump in working with the states to repeal 17A. The 16th Amendment (16A) can disappear too.

Patriots must first make sure that there are plenty of Trump-supporting candidates on the primary ballots who will commit to express-laning a ConCon for the specific purpose of repealing 16 & 17A.

For those patriots concerned about a possible overthrow of the country by a pirated ConCon, note that the product of a ConCon is never a new amendment to the Constitution, but a proposed amendment that the states can either reject or ratify.

Once 16 & 17A are repealed, the states will probably find a tsunami of new revenues that they won’t know what to do with.

For starters, they can establish their own healthcare and retirement programs, increase funding for public schools, police and fire departments, and repair infrastructure, ultimately depending on what the legal majority voters of a given state want.

Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!

April/May are the summer months here, with 95 degree heat, with high humidity. Not good. November to February are the cool months, low 80s in the day, mid 70s at night. 😀

You hairless apes have not seen nothing yet. Planet Ape is in an Ice Age. The short warm period we are experiencing will be ending soon. We need more greenhouse gasses and more energy. Everything the totalitarian apes are trying to deny.

Based on the past couple of years, we have winter; about two days of Spring, and then its 90 throughout May.

I am not a Climate change guy, but I am getting sick of this cycle.

>>Boston broke a 116-year-old record Saturday morning when the temperature dropped to 23 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.<<

23 degrees? Up here in the mountains of western Maryland it was 11 degrees this am at 6 o’clock. It’s now 2:30 and it’s still only 24!
