As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show former president Barack Obama’s campaign organization, Obama For America (OFA), paid $972,000 to Perkins Coie, the law firm connected to Fusion GPS.

OFA, Obama’s official campaign arm in 2016, paid nearly $800,000 to Perkins Coie in 2016 alone, according to FEC records. The first 2016 payments to Perkins Coie, classified only as “Legal Services,” were made April 25-26, 2016, and totaled $98,047. A second batch of payments, also classified as “Legal Services,” were disbursed to the law firm on September 29, 2016, and totaled exactly $700,000. Payments from OFA to Perkins Coie in 2017 totaled $174,725 through August 22, 2017.

“Chutkan was troubling because she was an Obama appointee whose law firm represented Huma Abedin and other Democrat insiders.”

Obama’s anti-American, commie supporters paid for his election. This is just one example of the filth and corruption. Looking at this removal of this “judge” is like stepping in one scoop of poop, instead of ten scoops. Good news really. Probably much more to this story that we know....fly on the wall would have been fun.

According to PACER, a sealed document was provided to the court yesterday. Now I have no idea what the document is or even if it is related to Judge Chutkan's removal from the case.

The timeline is this ...

October 20 ... Fusion GPS files suit to prevent House Intelligence Committee from subpoenaing its bank records.

October 30 ... Judge Chutkin closed the case after Congress and Fusion GPS had announced an agreement narrowing the scope of the subpoena. Judge Chutkin said she'd retain jurisdiction to enforce the agreement.

November 3 ... Fusion GPS asks the Court to reopen the case because the firm says House Intelligence Committee demands are still too broad. Fusion GPS files sealed motion requesting Court allow it to submit a document under seal. Fusion GPS also files sealed motion for Temporary Restraining Order preventing House Intelligence Committee from doing something.

November 5 ... (Sunday) ... News reports suggest that reporters were paid to spread dossier claims.

November 6 ... House Intelligence Committee files a motion under seal to request that the Court allow it to submit a document under seal.

November 8 ... Judge Chutkin grants both sides' motions to submit documents under seal.

November 8 ... Fusion GPS files yet another motion under seal allowing it to submit a document under seal.

November 8 ... House Intelligence Committee files sealed opposition to Fusion GPS's Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order.

November 9 ... Judge Chutkin is removed from case.

November 9 ... Court modifies its November 8 order allow Fusion GPS to file documents under seal. The order allowing the House Intelligence Committee to file documents under seal is not modified. It is unclear if this modification occurred before or after the Judge Chutkin was removed from the case.
