Obama-Appointed Judge Overseeing Fusion GPS Case Is Unexpectedly Removed
Gateway Pundit ^ | 11/10/2017 | Joshua Caplan

One swamp creature down, countless more to go. The Obama-appointed judge overseeing the Fusion GPS case, Tanya Chutkan, has been unexpectedly removed.

Chutkan was troubling because she was an Obama appointee whose law firm represented Huma Abedin and other Democrat insiders. She’s also the judge who ordered DHS to procure an abortion for a pregnant illegal teen.

Now, for reasons we don’t know, Chutkan has been taken off the Fusion GPS case and the case handed to Judge Richard de Leon. This is the PACER notice (Fusion GPS is the d/b/a of Bean LLC, see the last link) :

Why did this happen? One has to assume that Chutkan’s potential conflicts of interest were demonstrated to be real.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show former president Barack Obama’s campaign organization, Obama For America (OFA), paid $972,000 to Perkins Coie, the law firm connected to Fusion GPS.

OFA, Obama’s official campaign arm in 2016, paid nearly $800,000 to Perkins Coie in 2016 alone, according to FEC records. The first 2016 payments to Perkins Coie, classified only as “Legal Services,” were made April 25-26, 2016, and totaled $98,047. A second batch of payments, also classified as “Legal Services,” were disbursed to the law firm on September 29, 2016, and totaled exactly $700,000. Payments from OFA to Perkins Coie in 2017 totaled $174,725 through August 22, 2017.

Judge DeLeon was involved in some cases in the past. He played middle of the road for awhile and then all disappeared. Not good news.

My sentiments exactly. Distinction without a difference.

Not many Reagan appointees left, and a chunk of them have gone over to the dark side.

Obama’s anti-American, commie supporters paid for his election. This is just one example of the filth and corruption. Looking at this removal of this “judge” is like stepping in one scoop of poop, instead of ten scoops. Good news really. Probably much more to this story that we know....fly on the wall would have been fun.

She was removed so when her replacement rules the way Mueller wants him to rule, he can’t be accused of bias.

What are you going to do? All we have are Bush and Clinton and 0bama appointees out there. This is why we need to see Trump’s judges get in and fix things for a generation.

As long as a judge sees his/her duty as interpreting the law I don’t really have a problem with him/her.

Yep. You can bet all the Bush appointee judges received his recent virtue signaling POTUS bashing speech loud and clear. We’re not going to get any help from them, IMO.
