Corker, the reason the President has the authority is because of congressional critters like you that can't make a decision. I recall that the Republicans complained for 7 years about Obamacare. In fact maybe President Trump should dispatch Messieurs Corker and Schumer to Pyongyang for high level diplomacy to avoid such concerns. Let the Senate try negotiation then President Trump can use advice. They would rather act as domestic enemies first to tie our CIC's hands in the face of provacative threats and actions towards the U.S. and it allies. Where are their loyalties?
