The 4chan link posted on that Twitter message dates back to Friday night. I find it hard to believe any noteworthy person has been arrested and we still don't know about it 24+ hours later.

Maybe the “Saudi/Clinton” house of cards has a Bush or two in it. It most definitely does. The Saudis bought a lot of our politicians and half of Europe with our oil money.
Trump may be brining it all down as we speak. I hope so anyway.
