Didn’t Apple just dump QCOM? Stock jumped from 55 to 65 in 15 min just now. Expect a bidding war.

HQ to Sinapore. Broadcom at least makes it clear that it like many _US_ companies, or merely US shells for globalist operations. They desire global way before of USA.

Sinapore gave them 10 years tax free to headquarter there. Plus Trump and CEO Hock said yesterday Broadcom was moving their headquarters back to USA. Hock has taken the stock (AVGO) from ~$50 to $270 in just a few years. Hock may end-up ruling the world one day.

Qualcomm has lots of property and manufacturing facilities around San Diego. It would be easy for Broadcom to acquire and consolidate.

I would have thought Qcom would buy brcm, not the other way around.

Classic case of the swifter acquiring the slower, not the bigger acquiring the smaller.
