Everytime I go to Wal-Mart, my Ruger 380 goes inside with me in my pocket.
While....my 30 shot Ruger 9mm stays in the truck.
These trouble-makers know they should have lay down spread-eagled and hope the bad guy had a good heart.
The police were almost certain to be there before every last one of them was killed. Or shortly thereafter, no question.
Very selfish of them, these gun nuts, most Coloradans would agree. Especially the ones who never set foot in a Walmart.
govt employees unhappy that they were not necessary and ( as usual ) arrived too late
They’re using this as an excuse for their sitting outside doing nothing for hours.
and yet they still managed to capture the shooter in 10 hrs.
I understand your surprise, but there are a lot of conservatives in Colorado and many carry. In 2012, out of a population of 5.2 million, there were 140,000 permit holders. Not sure how that stacks up to the national average.
I am not interested in whether or not the police were inconvenienced in investigating a crime. The simple fact is that all of these individuals had a right to carry the means of defending themselves and their families, and the fact that they did so likely saved lives.
In view of that, I don’t give a rat’s ass that the cops out there will have to have Dunkin’ Donuts deliver their meals, rather than them being able to leave the office and go to the drive-through.
after the building had been deemed ‘safe enough’ to enter, officials quickly began examining footage
according to the story When the Police got there they were informed immediately that the guy took off in his Mitsubishi, So what made the building unsafe? Customers?
It would take an IQ of less than 81 to fall for this BS article...
Good grief, as if the “investigation” being slowed was the important part, not the rampage itself.
right, because they don’t have a violence priblem in Brirain thanks to their strict gun laws. well, except for all their terrorism of course. but that’s different I guess.
single armed attacker should be easy to find...
That’s funny!
When we had our pro-gun protest outside the UN in 2001, guys came from Colorado in a bus. Colorado was the biggest group outside of New York and New Jersey (who of course lived a lot closer). Tyranny Response Team.
Always... however, a note to folks with CCPs.... ditch the GLOCK hat! Seen it one day in Wally World. Automatically looked for the print and it was obvious.
NOT a bad thing!
Heads up Mr. Terrorist!! :)
You took care of Bloomberg when he tried to play George Soros in your state, too. Head of your NRA sent Bloomberg an NRA cap afterward.
That works everywhere, too. it would work in NYC and even Chicago (!) and Baltimore and Boston and and and
for one thing, the criminals TRY IT a whole lot less
when they know they’re likely surrounded by people who can defend themselves
that deterrence factor alone is WELL WORTH people packing/carrying (at least in the big crime-infested cesspool D cities)
Three idiots to write this, not two.
