Exactly. Gerrymandering created majority African American districts. If you remove gerrymandering, there will be a reduction in Congressional minority representation.

By law, districts can’t be redrawn in a way that dilutes minorities iirc. Dems are already at work making plans for after the 2020 census when millions of illegals/refugees Obama flooded the country with will be counted as “residents”.

Without Gerrymandering, I wonder how much of the Congressional Black Caucus would survive....The fewer they are, the louder they get. Just look at the queers, who amount to maybe 2% of the population. You'd think it was 25% for all the noise they make.
