Frankly, I’m mystified as to why anybody finds these Weinstein revelations all that surprising. It is part of man’s humanity since creation that sexual development is part of how people grow into adulthood….. and God set up a marvelous system for dealing with it. It is called marriage and it was designed to be the outlet for the sexual tension that is a characteristic of the physical maturation of both men and women. So…. there is a faction of society that doesn’t want to live by the rules and order that God set up. They want to do (as quite precisely stated in Judges 21:25) “that which was right in his own eyes.” However, that doesn’t mean that when people ignore God (and set aside the system neatly set up by God to deal with the reality of sexual tension) that the need for sexual release goes away. And so, what you have are folks like Weinstein who try to handle that need another way. So tell me again why is this a surprise that that there are such wicked deviants as rapists in the world? They are simply the product of what has been sown and the real mystery is why God doesn’t let things get far worse…..
You don’t really expect that someone you know is gonna come inside your apartment and rape you.
But after reading the New Yorker article, I am so disgusted. And I am disgusted with the eerily similar stories of victims of Bill Clinton. Harvey Weinstein was powerful in Hollywood. The Clintons had far greater means to harm those who crossed them.

Most people have chain locks ( it's a lock but it has a chain on it, so that you can open the door a crack and NOT let someone barge right in ) on their doors in apartments in NYC!
Harvey may be one of THE most evil and disgusting people alive today, vis-a-vis his treatment of women, but she was/is STUPID beyond belief!

Ronan Farrow did the investigation and was coming out with a book. The media knew the story would sell , and the DNC was begging for some kind of distraction.
Harvey is bad, but may not even be the worst. At least he only picked on ‘legal’ women. The DNC and Hillary get a DISTRACTION and the rest of Hollywood gets to continue the casting couch process, male and female, legal age and not legal age.

I suspect he did the same thing to Prince Harry’s ex, Cressida Bonas. She had made a trip to the U.S. to visit Weinstein wrt furthering her acting career.
The last I saw/read of her was in a Daily Mail photograph of her posing next to Weinstein. Her facial expression was a forced, pained smile as if she was grossed out beyond description.
The article finished with Weinstein stating Cressida had ahead of her a “very promising” career.
