The good people of Tennessee need to step up and start taking steps to get Corker out of there. Recall, impeachment, whatever.
Every article on Corker should be begin with the fact that he is a lame duck, having elected to retire rather than face a primary challenge next year. Bitterness over this is obviously his motive as he did not attack Trump prior to the decision to retire.
Also, why do Mitch McConnell and Republicans in the Senate allow Corker to keep his chairmanship when he is openly contemptuous of the President, a member of his own party. This is yet another reason that McConnell must go. If Corker said the same things about McConnell, Mitch would have hissy fits about decorum and Senate tradition and he would lose his chair, but somehow Corker’s attacks on the President are exempt. Ditch Mitch!
