Mueller team criticized by fellow attorneys for history of questionable tactics

Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team running the Russia collusion probe are being accused by fellow attorneys of employing aggressive and questionable tactics in past cases, potentially putting a dent in his straight-shooter image.

As the investigation heats up and key players like former White House chief of staff Reince Priebus and press secretary Sean Spicer are interviewed by investigators, several attorneys with experience in federal cases spoke out with their concerns this week.

Harvey Silverglate, a criminal defense attorney in Massachusetts, wrote an opinion piece accusing Mueller of once trying to entrap him when Mueller was acting U.S. attorney in Boston.

“I have known Mueller during key moments of his career as a federal prosecutor,” Silverglate wrote for WGBH News. “My experience has taught me to approach whatever he does in the Trump investigation with a requisite degree of skepticism or, at the very least, extreme caution.”

According to Silverglate, Mueller once sent someone into Silverglate's office offering to give false testimony for a client. Silverglate said he turned the offer down and noticed the man was wearing a wire.

“Years later I ran into Mueller, and I told him of my disappointment in being the target of a sting where there was no reason to think that I would knowingly present perjured evidence to a court,” Silverglate wrote. “Mueller, half-apologetically, told me that he never really thought that I would suborn perjury, but that he had a duty to pursue the lead given to him.”

A spokesman for the special counsel’s office declined to comment.

Liberals now need to impugn Mueller because it seems possible that Mueller’s investigation will only result in evidence against Liberals.

And he hired the homosexual, unethical prosecutor Andrew Weissmann.

A man so unethical that even the Enron Broadband judge recognized it and the prosecutors had to remove him from the case. A man so unethical that he destroyed over 75,000 jobs worldwide (Arthur Anderson) just because he wanted to - and it was later discovered there was no crime on Arthur Anderson's part. A man so unethical that the Supreme Court reveresed a decision 9-0 because they were so shocked at his tactics.

Jeff Feckless - you are a slimey little worm. I hope you reap what you have sown.

There’s been plenty of these crooked prosecutors who try to entrap people they want to get after they have haven’t found a prosecutable offense against them.

The DOJ and FBI are corrupt and have been for years...

Read Jerry Spence and Randy Weaver Trail...

I have said that I was attracted to the case out of my own pain. Let me tell you the facts: a crack team of trained government marksmen sneaked on to Randy Weaver’s small isolated acreage on a reconnaissance mission preparatory to a contemplated arrest. They wore camouflage suits and were heavily armed. They gave Randy no warning of their coming. They came without a warrant. They never identified themselves.

The Weavers owned 3 dogs, 2 small crossbred collie mutts and a yellow lab, a big pup a little over a year old whose most potent weapon was his tail with which he could beat a full grown man to death. The dog, Striker, was a close member of the Weaver family. Not only was he the companion of the children, but in winter he pulled the family sled to haul their water supply from the spring below. When the dogs discovered the intruders they raised a ruckus, and Randy his friend Kevin, and Randy’s 14 year old son Sam, grabbed their guns and followed the dogs to investigate.

When the government agents were confronted with the barking dog, they did what men who have been taught to kill do. They shot Striker. The boy, barely larger than a 10 year old child, heard the dog’s yelp, saw the dog fall dead. and as a 14 year old might, he returned the fire. Then the government agents shot the child in the arm. He turned and ran. the arm flopping, and when he did, the officers, still unidentified as such, shot the child in the back and killed him.

Kevin Harris witnessed the shooting of the dog. Then he saw Sam being shot as the boy turned and ran. To Kevin there was no alternative. He knew if he ran these intruders, whoever they were, would kill him as well. In defense of himself he raised his rifle and shot in the direction of the officer who had shot and killed the boy. Then while the agents were in disarray, Kevin retreated to the Weaver cabin.

In the meantime Randy Weaver had been off in another direction and had only heard the shooting, the dog’s yelp and the gunfire that followed. Randy hollered for his son and shot his shotgun into the air to attract the boy.

If Mueller were a ‘straight shooter’, he wouldn’t have accepted the general counsel position - because he is most definitely highly conflicted. He is clearly not guided by ethics.

You can now understand why POTUS Trump was so furious when Sessions recused himself from Russia investigation, allowing Mueller to run wild.

Mueller’s investigation will only result in evidence against Liberals

The democrat conspiracy against Trump darkens as the evidence piles up that the real collusion was Democrats working with Russians to get their hands on the US' uranium.

The Uranium embezzlement with the Russian payment of millions to the Clinton Foundation is highly explosive. I bet the even Mueller will not touch it but if he doesn't.....he's toast.
