President Trump said last week that broadcast TV licenses "must be challenged and, if appropriate, revoked" in response to "partisan, distorted and fake" news coverage. But few people seem to have taken him seriously, even though complaints against broadcasters are easy to file.

Where is this form?
The President didn’t make clear that it’s local broadcasters whose licenses must be protested. CNN and MSNBC have no licenses. The FCC has no jurisdiction over them.
I think the President’s suggestion was just trolling libs anyway.
I don’t like the idea of censoring the media over their political reporting.
The reason is, the media is slowly dissolving.
Sure they are HUGE still, and very much liberals. Almost every single outlet.

Trump always wins in the long game as he is always 100 steps ahead of everyone else. Challenging licenses is a first step to provide the president with an opportunity to check the corrupt and leftist media and sanitize the flow of information to the American people.
I’d be happier if he called for the abolishment of the FCC.
I agree. As for censoring the news—we are no longer getting the news. We are on the receiving end of sheer propaganda written to influence our thought and actions through the dissemination of carefully crafted misinformation and half-truths.
Judging by the ratings, they just don’t watch.
Local affiliates have a professional death with.
Classic misdirection...while they were fussing about this he decertified the Iran deal and the Dow hit record highs.
