On Wednesday Senator Charles Grassley (R-IA) asked Attorney General Sessions if Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will be allowed to investigate himself regarding new information on the Hillary Clinton Uranium One scandal.
Attorney General Sessions said it was up to him.

I’m hoping the AG and the DJT admin are playing rope-a-dope and come raging out in the 5th... cuz we’re looking tired in the first round...
Sessions has been the biggest disappointment. It seems as though if it doesn’t concern drugs or abortion, he isn’t interested. We now have Rosenstein, Comey, McCabe and Mueller names come up as actors in the Uranium 1 issue and yet they are still involved in the investigation into Russian collusion and Trump. Why Sessions thinks Rosenstein is an honorable man and would recuse himself, says volumes about Sessions thinking ability. You’d think he would know Rosenstein, an Mueller are not honorable otherwise Mueller would have not been picked by Rosenstein or kept on by him.

With your post you have pointed to the exact event that serves as my rationale for abandoning all hope for a Jeff Sessions recovery from his walking coma. We will never get anything from this guy and Trump should fire him immediately along with Rosenstein.
This is one of those rare cases where I pulled against the collective wisdom of Freeperville. It won’t happen again. At least not soon.
This cinches it! He’s been compromised beyond belief. Can’t get to be a US Senator without taking a few bribes and doing a few favors. Time to say goodnight, Jeff.
