I know that this is a tragic story and all but in reality they shot Butts in the butt.

See, see! Them bump stocks again!
They capped her ass.
Judge: “Was she shot in the fracas?”
Witness: “No, your honor, she was shot about 2 inches above the fracas.”
Is San Jose Mercury conservative?
Kind of surprised the shooters weren’t reportedly “teens”.
They musta just “Chimped Out”
” carrying a loaded firearm on ones person in a city”
How is that a charge? Lots of people carry firearms in a city on their persons.
Oogaboogas be oogaboogin.
Oogaboogas be oogaboogin.
It was an accident. A careless, stupid one, but not intentional. Manslaughter is the appropriate charge, with some add ons for firearms charges a d lying to police. At least they tried to get her to the hospital.
Not just any butts. This is Shevette Butts according to the East Bay Times article. No photos necessary.
“carrying a loaded firearm on ones person in a city”
That’s a thing?
I once saw a beautiful young lady on a bicycle in downtown Medford, OR at a traffic light. She had a bright pink AR-15 slung over her shoulder.
:-)
True story.
And the bullet is in her yet.
The man was shot right in the subpoena and was DOD - dead on the driveway.
I knew a judge who said he had a witness say that on the witness stand.
Not in the least.
Schevette Butts, is that first name pronounced shove it?
I suspect it depends on the city. I imagine Oakland prohibits it.
