I know that rebuilding the officer corps and the senior enlisted ranks with the “Warrior Ethos” is a big job and will require considerable time.
I am hoping they already have started the rebuilding process as part of the Making America Great Again process!
Surely there are retired officers and senior enlisted who know who & where the warriors are and can advise the administration wisely?
Those are the folks whose advice I’d seek out.
After reading that article here yesterday about the absolute mess that West Point is in I am not too optimistic.

It can be done, but will take a lot of Pattons to do it!
