Liberals think all actions of the Liberal Messiah are unrepealable and superior to all other law. I’m sure the Ninth Circus Court of Anarchists will agree and then be reversed by the Supreme Court.

GUESS THOSE STATES!

Well Alex, I'd begin with the states that have Attorneys General that have a 'D' attached to their campaign literature.

Not sure where this is going to go, other than to the USSC. Once the Federal Courts rule that’s the only place left to go. Bring it on, Dems!

Since the subsidies have already been declared illegal by a federal court, shouldn’t the offending AG(s) be disbarred for frivolous lawsuits?

So long as John Roberts is there are you really SURE you want to do that?

Roberts was intimidated by the Liberal Messiah and his minions. He doesn't have to worry about that now.

Section 1402 of the PPACA:

“An issuer of a qualified health plan making reductions under this subsection shall notify the Secretary of such reductions and the Secretary shall make periodic and timely payments to the issuer equal to the value of the reductions.”

The reductions aren’t illegal.

I believe the problem is that Congress never appropriated the money as required by Article I Section 9 of the Constitution.

“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law”

I’m not sure if the states have standing.

They aren’t insurance companies or covered persons.

Also, Mr. President, will you please cancel the waivers that Congress is using? Thank you.

Since corrupt career lawmakers are dragging their feet concerning tax reform and Obamacare repeal, its time for patriots to forget about Congress and consider the ultimate tax and healthcare plan.

To kill two birds, high taxes and expensive Obamacare, with one stone, patriots need to support Pres. Trump in working with the states to repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment (17A) imo. (The 16th Amendment can disappear too.)

From related threads …

After 17A is repeated and unconstitutional federal taxes are stopped, taxes that Congress cannot justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, the states will probably find a tsunami of new revenues that they won’t know what to do with.

The states would then be able to afford to start their own individual, customized healthcare and retirement plans, also increase funding for public schools, police and fire departments for starters. Also repair infrastructure.

Patriots need to make sure that there are plenty of state sovereignty-respecting, Trump-supporting patriot candidates on the primary ballots and pink-slip career lawmakers by sending patriot candidate lawmakers to DC on election day 2018.

These funds, from what I understand, are not appropriated by Congress and thus are illegal.

Exactly. All Pres. Trump has to do with any ruling from a new suit is say that he’s sorry, he cannot undue the drop of the appeal. The matter has been decided by the federal court already. No more insurance company subsidies as per the federal ruling!

Judges don't file lawsuits.

Given the subsidies were being spent illegally and without congressional authorization in the first place, kind of hard to see how they win this one.. but a liberal judge will invent a way
