If I’m looking to some Liberal New England snob factory to define my ‘rights’ for me-then I already lost them.
The students at our universities don’t have or get much of either.
It is in practice at all major universities.
Hillsdale? Thomas Aquinas? There are still good schools albeit precious few.
“Many of them (and our country) would be ultimately better off at a top tier vocational/technical school.”
Of course, but I was referring to kids that want to enter the professions-—business,law,medicine,engineering,etc.
With a very few exceptions they will be attending a left wing, liberal university.

And then neither does this little pecker wood have the right of speech.
.. and how utterly tragic for our nation's future that that is so often true.
Feminist math?
I can’t imagine helping to pay for a child to go to college for an English degree. For most it is a waste of 4 years. If you are not going to stay in Academia you have to start training for something when you get out or get married and stay out of the workforce. My son in law found that out. He is on his way now but as a pharmacist. He is taking on line classes and is working at the hospital.
I fail to see why he wasn’t expelled for being too immature for an Adult School.
“Crappy” schools have smaller budgets and can’t afford so many wacky professors. I got much better education doing my first two years of EE at a Technical College. It stood me in good stead during my upper class courses. The nasty names given to Community Colleges are just propaganda. My instructors at the lower levels were all retired professionals. The University had more eggheads who, lacking actual industry experience, often concentrated on unimportant things.
Beta Boy.
Maybe Princeton and Harvard shouldnt be considered great schools anymore. The university system as it exists will cease to exist. Education is increasingly taught remotely via computer. You can always find a way to record and keep professors in line.
You can learn far more about the Arts now on the internet than you’d ever get sitting in class and memorizing the dates of Jan Pisspott’s etchings. Worse, in college you would most certainly be forced to study Jason Pollack and be required to appreciate pigeon droppings on canvas. You certainly wouldn’t be allowed to actually learn to mix paint or paint a recognizable object. It’s all “do your own thing” incompetence and dilletantism.
Modern art education is simply a scam as is 99% “modern art”. Picasso would urinate on the modern art curriculum.
The UNIVERSITY OF ALICE'S RABBIT HOLE has spoken.
or is it the UNIVERSITY OF THE RED QUEEN?
Gee, I guess we’ll just have to use our 2nd Amendment Right to educate his ass..................
Sounds like it’s past time for alumni & other donors to take their money elsewhere.
“How did this ignoramus get into Princeton?”
Because Ivy isn’t a league, it is what is in their heads.
"Looks like the University of Illinois!"
YUP.
