Congressmen who are interested are in the minority, even in the Republican Caucus. The purpose of hearings is to guide budget allocations or pass necessary laws. Congress has no power to prosecute on their own and is unwilling to use the power they have to slash these agencies’ budgets.

The confirmed real properties of the Awan’s, the stolen government IT property witnessed by multiple persons on those properties, the taking of such stolen property into custody by the DC Capitol Police, the video of Wasserman-Shultz threatening the Chief of the DC Police, ... this list goes on for hundreds of recorded confirmed, witnessed events and documents.
Rosiak will not accomplish anything here; he is a ZERO here. He will have no more success at having the Awan’s prosecuted than the establishment had with prosecuting Hillary for deleting 33,000 emails of yoga appointments and wedding planning. And Hillary’s camp said nothing classified was on her server, but later, of course, it was proven there was classified correspondence on her server in her bathroom in her private residence.
Rosiak is the slug they want to use because he’s so mediocre that his carrying the baton on this is laughable. He’s easily ignored. The Freedom Caucus can ruffle their feathers but the power players could care less what they do.
If you think this will get more traction than Hillary’s violation of classified security laws and spoliation of evidence from her ‘private servers’, you could not be more wrong. The establishment in DC is not going to do anything about this because of the money and the sources of money that are behind it.
So ask yourself, why would Congress get flustered about this when they wouldn’t get in gear with Hillary’s emails.
Gowdy held hearings because of Benghazi and because Hillary was high-profile, and Americans by and large were repulsed by Hillary. But there is a media blackout on the Awan’s, the American public is by and large unaware of them, and FBI HQ is still in the hands of McCabe who was brought in as #2 in Jan 2016 to sit on Hillary’s emails, so he’s not going to get into it.
Fitton is a big DUD. He is not a lawyer and is confined to FOIA requests and not much more. No one takes him seriously in DC.

Because Fitton is not a lawyer, he is unable to bring suits against the corruption he uncovers, and Klayman has separated from him.
