The Boy Scouts of America announced on Wednesday that girls will soon be allowed to become Cub Scouts and to earn the coveted rank of Eagle Scout, the organization’s highest honor.
"We believe it is critical to evolve how our programs meet the needs of families interested in positive and lifelong experiences for their children," said Michael Surbaugh, chief executive of the Boy Scouts.
The scouting board of directors voted unanimously to make the historic change in an organization that has been primarily for boys since its founding more than 100 years ago.

The Boy Scouts are officially dead. From caving to the homosexual Nazis and admitting open homosexuals in their ranks. Now the once proud manly orginization has once again caved and will now allow girls to join. Instead of continuing to make a mockery of themselves they should go ahead and dissolve. So now we have girl “boy” scouts. Lord Jesus.

Eagle is basically a participation award now.

Nope. Men tend to flee when women take over a group. A few guys playing the field will stay but young men actually interested in scouting will not stick around.
Actually, Eagle is not a participation award today. In fact effective this year the BSA made the requirements more not less stringent.
I was finally curious enough to google the chief scout executive’s salary: 1.6 million. Yeah that’s a lot of bags of crappy $20 popcorn sold each fall.
Once they invited gays it was pretty much the end. So will the girls, or should I say people identifying as girls on a particular day, have to meet the same physical and intellectual requirements as the boys, or will the goal to have equal ‘outcomes’.
It is a war, very destructive for both men and women. Girls and boys need separate spaces when growing up and building up their confidence and skills. Taking this away, is quite a blow to society.
