White House senior adviser Stephen Miller once jumped into a women's track meet to make a point.
In a lengthy profile published on Monday, The New York Times reported that Miller "jumped into the final stretch of a girls' track meet, apparently intent on proving athletic supremacy over the opposite sex."
The White House seems not to have denied the incident to the Times, only clarifying that the girls' track team was from another school.
Classmates remembered different racially and politically charged incidents.
Miller "set off on a patriotic semi-striptease before the editor of the student newspaper, according to the editor, Ari Rosmarin, theatrically removing a button-down to reveal an American flag T-shirt in protest of an article he found inconsistent with the national interest."
Throughout his high school and college tenure, Miller engaged in inflammatory stunts and well-documented political speech.
Miller joked about riding the school bus, calling the activity a "celebration of human dignity," and delivered a well-documented speech to classmates in which he asked his classmates if he was "the only one who is sick and tired of being told to pick up my trash when we have plenty of janitors who are paid to do it for us."
Miller became a conservative media sensation in his early years.
He appeared on conservative talk radio as a high schooler and defended Duke University lacrosse players accused of rape at a time when they were universally condemned on campus and in national media outlets (charges against the players were later dropped).

It shows how hard they are digging to take out Miller. He’s the best one left after Bannon was pushed out. He’s the one closest how the base thinks.
Isn’t that what MSM wants?

Perhaps he was temporarily identifying as a woman. What’s wrong with that?
Back when I was a pretty serious runner, before the knees went, my goal in major road races was (after trying to beat the guys in my age group) to beat the first woman, because she was a darned good athlete and I was a sometimes-award-winning age group runner. But I never jumped in “to the final stretch”!
Early on, in my second-ever five mile race with less than a quarter mile to go, I found myself rapidly closing on the first young lady, a 15 or so year old high school cutie who was giving it everything she had. Instead of blowing by her, I “checked six” to be sure no other guys were going to pass me, then stayed a couple of yards back of her cheerleading her efforts for the spectators on the way to the finish area. It made me feel good. And absolved me of any guilt for blowing by her or other ladies in future runs!
