IIRC, CA passed a law a few decades ago that prohibited illegals from attending taxpayer supported schools.
Scotus, through abuse of the 14th Amendment, shot it down.
Correct. And the beauty of it is that they don’t have to actually vote. Thanks to our Motor Voter law, they are registered to vote as soon as they apply for a driver’s license. DemonicRAT operatives fill out their ballots for them come election time. That’s how we end up with .100%+ voter turnout here.

They are handed papers to REGISTER to VOTE, but having a driver’s license is NOT an automatic registration for anyone-—legal or not.

ENFORCING THE LAW.
I’m wondering how many of the California sheriffs agree with the National Sheriffs’ Association. Isn’t sheriff an elected position, where a conservative leaning candidate would not have a snowball’s chance in hell of winning office?

We need to get infiltrators into that process and document it six ways to Sunday, then You-Tube it to death. The media will ignore it otherwise.
I’m about to file an appeal in the CA state courts (S.F.). Now I wonder if I should request a change of venue either to a Federal court or to a court in another state.
Any suggestions?

We already fought a war over states “nullification” of federal laws, but you wouldn’t know it since they have dumbed the true history of the Civil War to being just about slavery....
California doesn’t have a leg to stand on in this one.
Judge Steven Bailey (Ret.) agrees with California Sheriffs who think the new sanctuary state law ties the hands of law enforcement and makes all Californians less safe. Judge Bailey thanks California Sheriffs’ Association President Bill Brown for leading the opposition to this new law. “When law enforcement raises serious objections, I listen,” Judge Bailey said.
